LITTLE ROCK, AR - A sex offender posing as a pastor now faces additional charges from Little Rock police.

Bishop Jacob Taylor, whose original name was Carlos Norwood, was placed behind bars after our investigation led parole officers searched his home, finding sexual images on his computer.

The Little Rock Police Department is now charging him with failing to register because of his work at Power Pack Ministries, a church he established in Little Rock.
