LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Central Arkansas churches continue to be targets for crime. One congregation has decided to do something about it.

The mission for members at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church is to honor their congregation's faith.

But while majority of the church's 600 members come to worship, some people have other motives.

"Everyone who comes to church don't come for church," said Bishop Kenneth Robinson.

He says in the past they have had problems with people stealing during service.

"When people begin to walk around and bring their tithes and offerings, those who are not here for church take the opportunity to steal purses," said Robinson.

Recently, the church decided to make security changes.

"We ask people to remain inside. If you must exit, we ask you exit after the offering has been recieved and taken," Robinson said.

The Bishop says so far, the new policy has been working well. So now worshippers can focus on the true act of offering.

"Luke 6:38 says give and it shall be given you," Robinson said.
