LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) - Installation of a truck weight sensor will require lane closures on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
Crews will be installing the truck weight sensors between the Lilly Rd. overpass and the Northcutt Rd. overpass, east of Lonoke.
The work will require closing individual eastbound and westbound lanes between mile markers 177 and 179.
Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs. Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
