LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) - Improvements to Interstate 40 require a lane closure in Lonoke County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
Crews will be performing work on a median crossing. The work will require closing the Interstate 40 eastbound inside lane between mile markers 177 and 178, east of Lonoke.
The lane closures will be Monday, April 7 through Thursday, April 10, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
