LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - President Bill Clinton paid tribute to historic human struggles today in a speech at the Clinton Presidential Center and Park.
He was in town to help officially open the center's newest permanent installation, The Anne Frank Tree*.
Clinton told the crowd that the driving force behind ISIS today is the same hate that cost Anne Frank her life. He wrapped up by saying that genetically, people are 99.5 percent the same, and it shouldn't take killings for us to realize our commonalities.

*In 2009, the Clinton Foundation and the Sisterhood of Congregation B'nai Israel were awarded a young chestnut tree by the Anne Frank Center USA's "Sapling Project," to be planted in the Clinton Presidential Park. The sapling was taken from the white horse chestnut tree that stood outside Anne Frank's Secret Annex when she and her family were in hiding from the Nazis during World War II.
