Update: ID's Released in Faulkner Co. Murder-Suicide

FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. - The names of a man and woman who died in a murder-suicide on Monday have been released by authorities.

The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) on Tuesday identified them as Melissia Robinson, 45, and Bobby Webb, 63.

The FCSO says Robinson appeared to have suffered multiple stab wounds and an apparent gunshot to the back and Webb appeared to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The scene of the incident was a mobile home in the 200 block of Hwy. 89N.

The Sheriff's Office is awaiting results from the Arkansas State Crime Lab and says the incident is still under investigation.

FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. - A man and woman have been found dead in what officials say is a case of murder-suicide.

The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office says it's believed the incident happened between 3 and 4 a.m. Monday.

Investigators at the scene tell us the man had shot himself in the living room of a home and the woman's body was found on the porch.

We are not releasing further information on the location since some family members have not yet been notified of the deaths.

The FCSO says there was blood found throughout the home.

"The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office is conducting a death investigation of a 45-year-old female and a 63-year-old male on Hwy 89N outside of Mayflower. This incident is considered under investigation. Further information will be provided later today," the FCSO posted on its Facebook page Monday afternoon.

Our crew at the scene learned that a neighbor who was walking his 15-year-old son to the bus stop called authorities after seeing the woman's body.
