ARKANSAS - 911 lines have been repaired for AT&T customers nationwide after an outage Wednesday night.
ARKANSAS - If AT&T is your service provider, 911 lines are down if you are trying to call from a cell phone.
Here is a statement from AT&T: "We are aware of a service issue affecting some calls to 911 for wireless customers and we’re working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience."
Calls to 911 continue to ring and do not go through to emergency dispatch centers.
911 from normal landline phones and other cellular providers are working appropriately.
