SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA) - Tyson is preparing to award a one-time bonus to more than 100,000 team members.
According to the company's website, Tyson President and CEO Tom Hayes, announced the company will be investing the savings received from the new tax reform in one time bonuses to frontline workers who currently do not receive an annual bonus.
Eligible full-time team members will receive $1,000, and eligible part-time team members will receive $500. The bonuses will be paid to team members in the second quarter of fiscal 2018.
"These employees are the backbone of our business and we're happy to show them our appreciation," said Hayes.
