Teens Arrested after Little Rock Shooting, Attempted Robbery of Man

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A man is recovering at the hospital after police say two teenagers shot him during an apparent robbery.

It happened Saturday around 9 a.m. in the 900 block of Lewis.

Little Rock Police say Kevin Wilson, 58, was shot twice in the stomach during the incident.

Wilson reportedly told investigators the teens tried robbing him at his home.

Investigators say Jaheim Mackon, 15, and Ja'keim Grant, 15, were arrested two hours after the incident.

Officials say the teens will be charged as adults. According to the online jail roster, the teens facing Aggravated Robbery and Battery charges.

The victim is expected to survive.

The incident remains under investigation.
