Police: State Trooper Crashes Into NLRPD Officer Following High-Speed Chase in NLR

UPDATE: North Little Rock police said a State Police trooper pursuing two stolen vehicles, near 13th and Main, hit an unsuspecting officer on his way home from work in his station car.

Investigators said the trooper and officer had minor bumps and bruises, but will be alright.

Police said two women were taken into custody after crashing both vehicles on the bridge near 13th and Main.

 

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- An Arkansas state trooper crashed during a high speed chase in downtown North Little Rock Monday night.

It happened at 13th and Main. Several other cars, including a North Little Rock Police Department patrol car, appeared to be involved, and were towed away.

The condition of the state trooper and other people involved is unclear.
