LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge is firing back after the Arkansas Supreme Court stayed the rest of the scheduled April executions.
Rutledge filed a motion Thursday asking the state Supreme Court to reconsider the stay granted for Stacey Johnson, who was scheduled to be executed Thursday night.
Ruling announced Monday from nation's highest court.
