SHERWOOD, Ark. -- Sometimes, you've just got to do things yourself. A carjacking victim-- tracking down his own car-- nearly two weeks after it was stolen.
Jonathan Joshua remembers vividly -the moment two men approached him at gunpoint. It happened while he was sitting in his car in the driveway of his Sherwood home.
"They took my car and drove off." Frantically, he ran for help. "I had to run to the neighbors house to use a phone, because they had my phone."
What seemed like a lost cause, "That was the end of that story there." Turned around for Joshua nearly two weeks later. "We had a few different places of interests that we wanted to check out, we had a couple of leads."
Family and friends helped him find his car at a Little Rock salvage yard on Colonel Glenn. "We asked around, we posted things on Facebook, we showed people pictures of my car."
Although Joshua says the two men got away with his car, he's optimistic they'll be caught soon. But for now, he's just happy, his car has finally been found. "It's an awesome feeling. You can find your car, it's not impossible, its like finding a needle in a haystack, but you work hard enough you can get it."
