PRAIRIE COUNTY, Ark. - Investigators in Lonoke County and surrounding areas are working to end a rash of robberies.
Three people are behind bars, but deputies are still searching for a fourth suspect, 41-year-old Randy Turner.
Surveillance video on Salem Cemetery in nearby Prairie County shows a white truck with a trailer pull up to Amanda Maddox home around 9 Monday morning.
The man, believed to be Turner, walks around the house and knocks on the door.
When there's no answer, he lets himself in.
Maddox is off work this week and was sleeping in.
While she doesn't remember hearing a knock at the door, she did receive a phone call around that time. She believes the call alerted the intruder.
Deputies are now searching for 41-year-old Randy Turner who they believe walked into the home. He grabbed Maddox purse, an empty laptop case, her husband's work boots and left.
"My keys were in my purse where they should have been, so he has access to all of those," Maddox said.
Several credit cards, debit cards and about 400 dollars in cash were also in her purse.
"He went to Walmart, Hibbitt Sports, and like the Dollar Store and [got] gas," she said.
Maddox says about 2,000 dollars were charged hours before she even knew her purse was stolen.
"I'm just thankful 'cause it could have been a whole lot worse with me being home and in the bed, you know anything could have happened if I startled him."
Lonoke and Prairie County investigators now need your help in finding Randy Turner.
According to county officials, he's an active parolee and is wanted for several burglaries.
We're told he was last seen around 4 PM Tuesday in Butlerville stealing a vehicle at the Dollar General.
He's considered armed and dangerous.
If you spot him, call police.
Admission will be free and open to the public.
