LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- International retailer "H&M" opened in the Park Plaza Mall on Thursday.
The two story, 30,000 square foot store had more than 400 people lined up outside their location on Thursday.
Some customers even arriving as early as 5:30 a.m. all in an effort to try to win gift cards worth up to $300 along with other opening day deals.
Sarah Moore of North Little Rock was the first in line.
"I like being around crowds like this, I get a thrill off Black Friday and this is like Black Friday."
Park Plaza Mall's marketing director says H&M is the most highly anticipated store opening for the mall.
Their staff worked closely with H&M representatives in design and set-up.
