LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Funeral arrangements are set for Friday for former State Rep. Joe Peacock.
His family says he was a public servant for more than 40 years.
In addition to serving as a state representative, Peacock was also the Chairman of the State Claims Commission, a member of the Arkansas Parole Board, and McCrory's city attorney.
He is survived by his two sons, Denver and Nelson Peacock, who say the outpouring of support and love has been overwhelming.
Services are on Friday at 2 p.m. at McCrory First Baptist Church.
