LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Hiland Dairy and the Little Rock Zoo announced the renewal of its annual sponsorship on Wednesday.
Hiland Dairy will once again serve as a major corporate donor to the zoo by providing cash and in-kind contributions totaling more than $50K. One of the major contributions will be the ability to offer one dollar admission to thousands of guests for one day this summer.
" They will be sponsoring this day where admission is only a dollar for every single individual that comes into the zoo and it has become a popular attraction and makes the zoo affordable to any Arkansas family," said Little Rock Zoo Director, Susan Altrui.
Hiland Dairy has also committed $10K towards the renovation of the Little Rock Zoo's education building that will be transformed into a conversation education play area to allow public interaction.
