BARRE CITY, Vt. - Investigators searching for the boyfriend of a Vermont homicide victim believed to be driving her car have turned their attention to Arkansas after they say the woman's debit card was used in West Prescott (Nevada County).
According to a Vermont State Police (VSP) news release, the card is believed to have been used by Randal Gebo (photos above and below), 61, of Barre City, Vermont, to withdraw cash at an Arkansas bank on Friday afternoon (July 14).
The VSP says the body of Cindy Cook, 59, was found in a wooded area down an embankment in Middlesex, Vermont on July 12.
Gebo is believed to be driving Cook's creme colored 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman (likeness image attached – not actual vehicle) with Vermont license plate number GBH823.
Anyone who may have seen Gebo or the vehicle is asked to contact the Vermont State Police Middlesex barracks at (802) 229-9191.
