Carjacker Takes Vehicle from Woman in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Police are looking for a man who stole a woman's vehicle in a carjacking.

It happened around 2 p.m. Tuesday on a parking lot at The Outlets of Little Rock on Bass Pro Parkway.

The victim told police the suspect had followed her to her car in the south parking lot by the Nike store and demanded the keys.

He drove off in the silver 2012 Chrysler 300 4-door with Arkansas license plate 302 TWY.

The woman told officers the man had his hands in his pockets as if he had a gun.

Witnesses reported to investigators that they had seen the suspect on a sidewalk before the robbery and that he appeared to be watching women as they walked by him. The witnesses said he followed the victim as she left the store and was walking to her vehicle.

The suspect was described by witnesses as a white male about 6'0" tall with a skinny build who was wearing dirty blue jeans and a grey hoodie that was pulled over his head and face.

According to the police report, the victim told police the suspect appeared to be in his 50s while witnesses told officers he appeared younger.
