Plus, a new health care battle has taken over Washington. We're joined by State Rep. Greg Leding (D) and State Rep. Kim Hammer (R) to debate the bill's impact on Arkansans.
We're also joined by Andrew DeMillo of the Associated Press to look at government transparency and the measures being tossed around to limit information that can be released under the Freedom of Information Act.
Capitol View airs Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. on KARK-TV directly before NBC's Meet in the Press. It is hosted by Jessi Turnure.
