Capitol View: Gun Legislation in Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Following the mass shooting at a concert in Las Vegas, Capitol View takes a deep dive into gun regulations in Arkansas.  State Rep. Charlie Collins joins the program to defend new legislation he feels puts Arkansans in a better position to protect themselves.  Max Brantley of the Arkansas Times argues against Collins' plan.

Plus, we're joined by potential Little Rock mayoral candidate Frank Scott, Jr.  Scott discusses the controversy over the cancellation of a Friday night hip-hop concert amid fears it could become violent.  He also talks about why he's exploring a mayoral run in his hometown.

Capitol View airs Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. on KARK-TV directly before NBC's Meet the Press.  It is regularly hosted by Jessi Turnure.  This week, Bob Clausen fills in.
