LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- An American Airlines flight had an emergency landing Monday night after leaving from Dayton Ohio.
According to an American Airlines spokesperson, Flight #5743 was diverted to Clinton National Airport due to a “Mechanical Issue.”
The flight, which originally departed from Dayton International Airport at around 7:48 p.m., landed in Little Rock at 8:38 p.m.
Officials for American Airlines say that the plane was destined for the Dallas/ Fort Worth airport.
American Airlines also says that the plane was being operated in connection with Mesa Airlines.
No one was injured due to the emergency landing.
