$1 Million Bond Set for 2nd Suspect in Murder and Kidnapping Case

LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. - A judge sets a $1 million bond Friday morning for the second suspect murder and kidnapping case. 

Deymon Webb, 28, reportedly surrendered Wednesday night to the Little Rock Police Department. 

Webb faces multiple charges, including Capital Murder and Kidnapping. 

Webb and Richard Gilliam are accused of shooting two men on Christmas at a home in Scott, killing one, then kidnapping a witness and throwing her off the I-430 bridge in Little Rock and into the Arkansas River.
