CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR -- Highway 49 re-opened this weekend after a train derailment closed it down.
High winds blew at least 15 train cars off the tracks and onto the highway at the Craighead and Poinsett County line.
Some local businesses say the road closure was a huge problem that caused a 50-75% decrease in revenue.
It also affected people who travel the highway to get back and forth to work.
