Family and friends of Maxx Anderson are not giving up the fight for justice.
Anderson was found dead on February of 2012 at the home of Hot Springs attorney Andi Davis.
After a 16 month investigation, authorities turned the case over to prosecutors.
The case was moved from the Garland County prosecutor to the Saline County prosecutor to avoid a conflict of interest.
This gives the family new hope that the case will be resolved soon.
Gary Anderson, Maxx Anderson's father, said "We just want to keep people aware we're not going away until something is done.
If we have to come back here the next year and the next year the next year there's no statute of limitations on murder."
Anderson's family plans to meet with the Saline County prosecutor tomorrow to get an update on the case.
