LITTLE ROCK, AR - Entergy crews are still hard at work following the April tornados that came ripping through Arkansas.
Although power has been restored to all the customers, Entergy crews are still trying to rebuild a number of transmisson and distribution facilities, one of those being in Mayflower.
The station in Mayflower supplies power to most of the metropolitan Little Rock area. Now Entergy must rebuild their power grid which controls their system.
"Should something happen, another weather event, a tornado that damages the remaining part of the structure then we maybe in a situation where we have to curtel load if that is the case then we would certainly try to give out customers as advanced notice as possible, "says Brady Aldy of Entergy.
The total storm damage cost for Entergy, between 90 and 120 million dollars.
