LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Central Arkansas Business Owners and community leaders battled for top honors at the Neighborhood Awards.
Entreprenuers and activists gathered together for the annual event at the Metroplex tonight.
Organizer Telly Noel says he hopes the awards banquet uplifts minority businesses and organizations.
"This is the platform that we've established to reward the people in the minority community who otherwise wouldn't receive any type of recognition for the things that they do," Noel said.
More than 25,000 nominations rolled in to pick the winning musicians, photographers and stylists.
