LITTLE ROCK, AR- Two juveniles are facing multiple charges after robbing an Arby's and holding three employees at gun point for more than two hours.

It happened early Saturday morning around 12:30am at the Arby's on 15501 Chenal Parkway. According to a police report, the employees say they were leaving the store when the two juvenile suspects forced them back inside at gunpoint. They ordered two of them to the floor and another to open the safe. According to one employee, the suspect forced her inside the bathroom at gunpoint where he tried to have sex with her.

The police report also says after several unsuccessful attempts to open the safe, the employees were forced to use tools to open the safe, but still were unsuccessful. That's when one of the suspects shot at an employee twice and missed. The suspects then took one of the employee's car keys and left the scene in his car.

While officers were on the way to the robbery, they say the suspects driving a green 1994 Chevrolet Caprice, drove the wrong way, against traffic on Chenal Parkway. Officers say they avoided the vehicle and initiated emergency equipment. The suspects though had stuck another vehicle and one of them took off running. Officers found one juvenile suspect laying down across the seats, who tried to bite and struggle with officers before being handcuffed inside the car. The suspect was taken to Baptist Hospital with life threatening injuries.

The second suspect was later found after a call for medical assistance at 7:15am. Police say he will be charged as an adult with 4 counts of Aggravated Robbery, 3 counts of Theft of Property, 3 counts of Kidnapping, 1 count of Felony Fleeing and 1 count of Felony Hit and Run.  The other suspect's charges will be decided at a later time.
