Ross: First Priority as Governor Would be Education

LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Democratic gubernatorial nominee Mike Ross told the KARK 4 Today team that his general election campaign started Tuesday evening at 7:31 p.m.  He and his team are already off and running...

Ross easily defeated Dr. Lynette Bryant in the Democratic primary.

During a morning interview with Matt Mosler and Jancey Sheats, Ross noted he's not running to be a governor for the Democratic party.  Ross said he's running to be a governor for the people of Arkansas.

Ross acknowledge some polls have had him up against Republican candidate Asa Hutchinson while other polls have had him down.
