LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A Baptist Health fundraiser brings in a big name in show business.
Actress Marie Osmond spent time in Little Rock to help raise money for the hospital's Bolo Bash.
Osmond is popular for her role in The Andy Williams Show, and she's also known for her singing.
She made an appearance to help raise money for an expansion of the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit.
Osmond said she's always been impressed with Arkansans' giving spirit.
"I love that the community is so involved in doing things for others. That's the one thing about Little Rock that I've loved over the years. Very community oriented and so it's wonderful to see everyone get together and do things," Osmond said.
Hospital leaders say it currently has 33 neonatal rooms but average between 41 and 59 babies a day.
