Maeve Grey is the executive chef at Del Frisco' Grille, a West Little Rock restaurant who have recently rolled out a new, elevated menu featuring seven new craveable items and quality upgrades to five existing ‘fan favorite’ items.
One of those is the 18 oz. Bone-In Prime Rib, which is slow roasted to a medium rare with au jus and served with creamy horseradish on the side. This one is only available Friday and Saturday for dinner, so go see them this weekend.
For Thanksgiving they are also offering what they’re calling a “Prix-Fixe” Thanksgiving menu from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. that includes all the trimmings, including sliced roast turkey, green beans, sweet potatoes, sage apple sausage stuffing and cranberry sauce.
You can pick your own first course from deviled eggs, butternut squash bisque or a holiday salad, and your own dessert from pumpkin cheesecake, Nutella bread pudding, molten chocolate cake or a salted caramel pudding jar., and of course the full menu is also available, for those that don’t want to participate in Thanksgiving fare.
Del Frisco's Grille is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
They also serve brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
