LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Health matters at Saint Mark Baptist Church as they prepare to get kids ready for back-to-school.

During a health fair this morning, hundreds of students could get free physicals and health screenings.

Kids also got back packs full of school supplies.

Medical staff -- helping out today -- say one of the most beneficial services offered is the free immunizations.

Health Ministry Director Ametra Baldwin said, "A lot of students would benefit from it because it's good for a year and we usually have it where it lasts from year to year, so a lot of students know it's free and getting all the benefits before school."

In 2013, more than 700 students received free services from the church.
