White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Muffins

2 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
3/4 cup half and half
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg lightly beaten
 
Combine baking mix and sugar in a large bowl.  Stir in chocolate and nuts.  Make a well in center of mixture.  Combine half and half and remaining 3 ingredients, stir until ingredients are moistened.  Spoon into muffin pans filling two thirds full.  Bake 375 for 12
