Tomato Slaw

Tomato Slaw
Peel fresh tomatoes and cut into small wedges or dice (eight or ten) place in a bowl with juice and seeds.
Dice 1/2 onion add to tomatoes.
Add 1/2 of a very thinly sliced green Cayenne peper. (or more to taste)
1/4 to 1/3 cp vingar.
2 Tbs of sugar.
Salt to taste.
Mix well and chill before serving.

This is an old time dish and is very good on fresh beans or peas, can be used on mashed potatoes. I like it so well I some times eat it as a side.
