6 med. potatoes, unpealed, about 8 cups
11/2 tsp. salt
2cups sour cream
4-5 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup butter, melted
Scrub and trim potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1/4"slices. Layer potatoes in a 2 qt. glass casserole. Sprinkle with salt,cover. Cook potatoes on high for 20-25 minutes or until tinder, stirring 2-3 times.Spoon sour cream onto potatoes; sprinkle with onions. Stir lightly to combine. Drizzle with butter.
