The Wedge
1 each ice burg lettuce
1/4 cup fresh made bacon bits
1 each diced avocado
1/2 each diced tomato
2 each diced eggs
4 tablespoons lite Mayo
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
To make dressing:
In a small mixing bowl add Mayo and slowly while mixing add in
vinegar. Next add chives and mustard.  Add salt and pepper if needed. 
Remember some Mayo is already salty enough so you may not need to add salt.
