Start with 2 heads of romaine lettuce - chop small add 1 pound of spring mix slice 4 tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices slice 2 cucumbers in 1/4 inch slices finely chop 1 red onion add sliced roasted red peppers, feta and pepperoncini and kalamata olives
Serve with Greek dressing on the side
Add chicken, lamb, shrimp or any other meats of your choosing!
