Taziki's Lamb and Skordalia Pita

One 7' Pita
4 oz lamb - sliced into small strips
Place in skillet/flat top with olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning
After cooking for 60 seconds add onions and roasted red peppers

Finish cooking and place in pita bread with skordalia (white wine vinegar and garlic sauce)
