Saut? Green Beans with fresh Mint

1# Fresh Green Beans, blanched

Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Fresh Mint, chopped

Heat saut? pan, add 2 to 3 T butter to melt. When pan is hot, add green beans and move around in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt & fresh ground pepper. Toss with fresh chopped mint.
