Redneck Tater Salad

20 pounds of potatoes
24 eggs
32 oz. mayonnaise
16 oz. mustard
4 pints of relish

Cooking Instructions:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Then cut small.
Boil and peel the eggs. Then cut small.
Dump everything in a big pot and mix it up.
You can add more or use less mayonnaise, mustard and relish depending on
taste. It always needs a little salt too.
Makes enough potato salad to keep even a crowd of rednecks.
