3 cups of mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup chopped, green onions
Method of Preparation:
Whip all ingredients thoroughly form ingredients in to small pancakes add a small amount of oil to a frying pan cook for 2 min on each side or until bubbling.
