Omelet

Omelet
 
3 eggs
1/2 cup of grated cheese
butter
milk (about 1 Tablespoon)
green peppers
chopped onions
cooked sausage or ham chopped
 
Mix eggs and milk in bowl with a fork until completely mixed together and yolks are broken.
 
Add the cheese and sausage/ham into eggs and milk. Then add the peppers, onions and salt and pepper.
 
Melt butter in a pan and fry the omelet well on both sides.
