Large Shrimp Salad

2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce - chopped
2 peeled cucumbers - cut in half - take out the seed - slice into .25 inch pieces
5 roma tomatoes - diced
1/2 red onion - sliced
6 oz sliced roasted red peppers
6 oz crumbled feta
Mix

Shrimp:
Place olive oil in saute pan
Heat pan
Add 1.5 - 2 lbs peeled, devained and de-tailed shrimp
add lemon juice, greek seasoning and blackening seasoning
cover and cook until done (roughly 3 - 4 minutes)

Add to salad

Toss Salad, Serve and Enjoy!!
