Lamb and Skordalia Pita

Take one 7" Pita
Warm in skillet on both sides
Cook sliced lamb meat with olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning As lamb begins to brown, add roasted red peppers and sliced onions Add skordalia (a bread purre sauce with white wine vinegar, and garlic) sauce to the pita Add the meat, Fold and enjoy!
