Holiday Hummus from Taziki's

2.5 cups strained Garbanzo beans
.25 cup Garbanzo bean juice (add as much as needed for desired consistency)
1.5 tbl tahini
.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/16 tsp cayenne
.5 cup lemon juice
3/8 cup olive oil

Blend together

Top with chopped parsley and roasted red peppers to give a holiday look!

Serve with soft pita or pita chips
