Grilled Chicken Breast Salad Part 1

1lb boned chicken breasts/cut into ?-? inch julienne strips
Virgin olive oil
Greek seasoning
4 lemons

Greek Salad Ingredients:
Romaine Hearts
Spring Mix
Roma Tomatoes
Crumbled feta cheese
Roasted Red Peppers
Sliced red onion
Kalamata olives
Greek Dressing
Roasted Potatoes (optional)

Heat 1 oz olive oil in skillet over medium high heat and add chicken which has been seasoned with Greek seasoning. Add lemon juice. Cook until golden brown, turn, then stir until done?about 3 minutes...remove from skillet. Place grilled chicken directly on Greek salad

Wine Suggestion - Fume Blanc

Tip of the Day - A wooden cutting board is superior to plastic because the wood actually retards bacterial growth and eventually helps kill bacteria. Be sure to thoroughly clean any cutting board immediately after use.
