French Toast Fruit Cake

French Toast Fruit Cake

1 loaf of fruit cake (usually given to you by someone)
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup bourbon
1 quart heavy cream
4 each eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
For Sauce:
Take condensed milk, chocolate syrup and cinnamon and mix together.  Set aside.
For Toast:
In a flat pan slice fruit cake into bread slices.  Pour bourbon on cake and let soak.  Set aside.  Next in a bowl whip eggs till frothy.  Add cream, sugar, and vanilla.  Next heat a skillet on medium heat.  Take cake slices and place into batter.  Spray skillet with cooking spray.  Place battered fruit cake into skillet and cook until lightly brown.  Flip and remove from pan once 2nd side is golden brown.  Place on plate and drizzle with sauce.
