1 oz diced sauted onions
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley
4 oz lemon juice
Place 2 grape leaves on flat surface slightly off center creating a bigger surface area to put your rice in.
Place 2 oz of seasoned rice in middle of grape leaves
Fold over left and right sides of the leaves, then roll tightly from the back.
Place on lightly oiled pan and steam. Flip one time. Cook until leaves are soft. Roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
