Cottage Pie :

Meat Mix :
1 pound of ground beef
2 tbsp of thyme
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp yellow English mustard
Brown meat with herbs & seasonings
Drain excess fat
Veg Mix :
2 carrots peeled & sliced
1 parsnip peeled & sliced
1 large yellow onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup of fresh green peas
Saut? carrots & parsnip until tender
Add onion and cook until tender
Remove from heat and add peas
Put prepared meat mix in a casserole dish and add the veg mix on top. Cover with mashed potatoes.
