Black Bean, Corn Salsa

3 Tomatoes (more if you like tomatoes)
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Medium size Purple onion
3-4 Banana Peppers
3 Jalapeno Peppers (or more if you like it hot!!!)
1 Garlic glove
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
1 can Shoe peg Corn
1 can Black Beans (drained & washed)
1 chopped Avocado (optional)

Cooking Instructions: Chop first 7 ingredients, if adding avocado it should be
added just before eating, tends to become soggy. Add remaining ingredients,
refrigerate overnight then enjoy!!!!
