1 teaspoon fresh ginger root or 2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon diced green jalapeno
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
? teaspoon Curry powder
? cup mayonnaise
? teaspoon fresh lemon juice
? teaspoon wasabi (optional)
With a fork flake tuna into a small bowl. Mix in ginger, pepper, onion,
curry, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. (Add wasabi if desired) Mix thoroughly.
